Really exceptional customer service! I had the misfortune of being hit by a car whilst out riding, resulting in my bike unrideable.So, to my local bike shop - Gary and his team assessed and repaired the damage within a very reasonable timeframe, and for a very competitive price! Highly recommended!
Really excellent service and comms from the team. When my forks were condemned, Gary sourced a replacement and let me know the situation before commencing work. I had a major disaster on a vintage bicycle at a recent Suffolk event, Gary was the mobile mechanic sent to rescue me. Not only did he re-build my rear wheel on the side of the road and lend me a derailleur he also offered me his sandwiches, kept me company and drove me to another pit stop to catch up with my cycling buddy which was well beyond the call of duty.
