I took my car here for an MOT some time ago. It was the first ever time I used their service. I lived and grew up in an extremely low risk crime area, yet just 2 days after taking my car in for MOT someone came to my driveway personally, broke into my car and stole my stereo. You could tell from the footsteps in the snow that their decision to pick out my car in particular was pre-planned. I foolishly brought my car back and they bent the car door back into shape. That was the first and only time to my knowledge that anyone in my neighborhood experienced a theft like that, they pro-actively avoided all the other cars on my street! I have absolutely zero doubt in my mind that whoever broke into my car worked at this garage and I would not ever consider going anywhere near their facilities with a ten foot barge pole. There are plenty of other good mechanics in Bristol, avoid this bunch of thieves like the plague.
These guys are amazing. Despite problems outside of their control they came up trumps yet again. Highly recommended.
Prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They take time to explain what they have done to Ur vehicle.

Just picked up my car from there. They're lovely people, really welcoming and friendly. I hate that I even have to say this and hopefully won't have to in the future, but you don't feel uncomfortable there as a woman at all. I had to have a lot of work done to my car and it added up quite a bit, but I believe it's responsibly priced. Will be using again if I have to and will recommend to others.
