We used them twice, on selling then buying. Good price and offered a no sell, no fee. However as completion of our purchase loomed we got all our info in massive lump. Too late for us to change our minds even if we of wanted to. Also beware, I'm given to understand that planning applications near your prospective property are not searched for, even if you ask for it!

As they have more than 4 partners they are also able to work with non standard lenders. As a property business owner this is very important to me and I would definitely use Henriques Griffiths again.
Engaged for conveyancing service, delivery of service is slow which backs up the whole process and means you get little 'thinking time' on difficult decisions. Even after completion it took nine months for Henriques to send paperwork off so I could be appointed Director.
